SMS / Messaging Terms

These Messaging Terms describe the text-message (SMS) program operated by NexusCW Inc. (“NexusCW,” “we,” “us”) through the NexusCW Portal at portal.nexuscw.com. By opting in you agree to these terms.
Program description
The NexusCW Portal sends account- and work-related text notifications to workers and client approvers who choose to receive them — for example, timecard submission reminders, timecard approval and return-for-changes alerts, expense decisions, and time-off updates. This is a notification (transactional) program, not a marketing program.
How you opt in (consent)
SMS notifications are strictly opt-in and are off by default. You provide express written consent to receive texts by enabling Text message (SMS) alerts in your NexusCW Portal notification settings and confirming the consent checkbox. No purchase is required, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment or of using the Portal. We do not share or sell your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity in the Portal (for example, when timecards are due or when an approver acts on your submission).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to each message. NexusCW does not charge for the notifications themselves.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will stop sending texts. You can also turn off Text message (SMS) alerts in your Portal notification settings. You will continue to receive in-app and (if enabled) email notifications.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s and device’s effective transmission.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Information collected as part of this messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
