Use of the Portal

The NexusCW Portal is provided to authorized employees, client organizations, and administrators for managing timecards, expenses, time off, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and related workforce operations. You agree to use the Portal only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Administrators are required to enable multi-factor authentication.

Notifications

The Portal sends notifications you enable, which may include in-app messages, email, and — if you opt in — SMS text messages. Your use of SMS notifications is governed by our SMS / Messaging Terms. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or probe the security of the Portal.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.

Intellectual property

The Portal, including its software, design, and content, is owned by NexusCW Inc. and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, NexusCW Inc.is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
